The nonprofit group Art Sandy Springs honored Bill’s passion and creativity by naming him its 2012 Artist of the Year.  Bill Harrison recently sat down with reporter, Dan Whisenhunt, to discuss, among other things, dance architecture, and his thoughts on the effort to create Sandy Springs' City Hall.
